Enrollment Rules for Student’s Enrollment Form

Welcome to Ananda Marga Pre & Primary School.  Please read the following enrollment rules carefully before completing the enrollment form.

1. Eligibility:
   • Students must be within the age range of 1 – 12 years.
   • All required documents must be submitted with the enrollment form.
     
     
2. Required Documents:
   • Birth certificate (hard copy)
   • Proof of residence (hard copy)
   • Previous school records (if applicable)
     
     
3. Enrollment Process:
   • Complete the Student’s Enrollment Form with accurate and up-to-date information.
   • Attach all required documents to the form.
   • Submit the form online or deliver it to the school office.
     
     
4. Waiting List:
   • If classes are full, your child will be placed on a waiting list.
   • You will be notified of your child’s position on the waiting list and any changes in status.
     
     
5. Notification:
   • Acceptance notifications will be sent via email or phone.
   • If accepted, additional forms and documentation may be required for final enrollment.
     
     
6. Attendance and Participation:
   • Regular attendance is mandatory. Students must comply with the attendance policy outlined in the student handbook.
   • Participation in all scheduled activities and classes is required unless otherwise excused by a medical professional.
     
     
7. Fees and Payments:
   • All enrollment fees must be paid in full by the end of the month.
   • Payment plans are available upon request. Don’t hesitate to get in touch with the office for more details.
     
     
8. Health and Safety:
   • Students must adhere to all health and safety guidelines provided by the school.
   • Any medical conditions or allergies must be reported on the enrollment form.
